What is RentalPal?
RentalPal is a marketplace for short-term rentals: both private individuals and businesses can list items — tools, outdoor gear, event equipment and more. Every listing shows photos, the rental price per hour, day, week or month, and the approximate location.
If you only need something a few times a year, you don't have to buy it and store it unused the rest of the time — you can find it with someone nearby who isn't using it right now.

Why we do this
Many things get bought even though they're only needed a few times a year, then sit unused the rest of the time. We believe sharing within the neighbourhood is often the better solution: cheaper for renters, extra income for lenders, and less resource use for everyone.
